WORCESTERSHIRE JAZZ Orchestra holds its next concert on Fri July 14 at Lickey End Social Club, 17 Alcester Road, B60 1JT, featuring American vocalist Lynn Dawes as the special guest. Lynn will also appear with the band at Kidderminster station on the Severn Valley Railway’s “1940s Day” on July 1, recreating the music from the great swing bands of the time.
