THE AWARDS The weekend’s events also included a prize-giving ceremony for the fifth edition of the Andrea Palladio International Jewellery Awards. The awards are internationally renowned, and recognise the very best of contemporary jewellery. They are coveted by gold and jewellery brands and designers the world over. The Jewellery Corporate Social Responsibility Award was presented to Chopard by guest of honour, Livia Firth, international ambassador for Oxfam, recognising Chopard’s efforts in sustainable luxury along the jewellery supply chain, in collaboration with Eco-Age. Vicenzaoro said: “Once again, the ‘Jewellery Oscars’ confirm Vicenza, the City of Palladio, as the world capital of jewellery and Italian Exhibition Group as the international gold and jewellery innovation hub.”
