Training & Internal Support Manager (£22,500 to 25,000 - Depending on experience)
Position Overview: Travel-pa is the homeworking division of Sunset Travel Ltd. As a rapidly growing business a new exciting position has been created to oȔer regular training to NEW recruits and support to existing. Currently there are 60 Travel-pa’s and expect this to reach over 300 in 4 years. This year sees the launch of our 8 Module 200 page on-line training course. The position is part oȗce based (Croydon UK, and remote and
within the training centre).
Key Accountabilities: • To be involved in the training and support process • To continually enhance our on-going training material.
• To support the Travel-pa’s with problematic bookings.
Key experience, knowledge and skills: • Previous experience in a travel consultant position (min of 2 years) • Exceptional communication skills by telephone, written and verbal • An understanding of, and the drive to deliver excellent customer service to the Travel-pa’s - can-do attitude • Well organised with the ability to prioritise work load • Previous Traveltek experience an advantage • Attention to detail during and after the booking process
• Understands the challenges of being a self-employed homeworke • Prepared to be ßexible over hours worked

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for: · Working closely with high-end, discerning clients to create tailor-made trips using your first-hand knowledge and personal expertise
· Responding quickly to enquiries, building rapport and showing a good understanding of your clients’ needs · Designing innovative and inspiring itineraries · Working closely with the marketing team and head of product to provide insight and share ideas about your specialist area
· Working closely with high-end, discerning clients to create tailor-made trips using your first-hand knowledge and personal expertise
Person Specification: ·Passionate and motivated individual, with a strong drive and ability to smash sale targets ·In depth knowledge of countries of expertise ·Strong customer service skills with an eye for details ·Cheerful, confident and committed, with a desire to work to high standards ·Experience of a busy sales environment with strong administration and organisation skills
The package: An excellent basic salary plus a fantastic uncapped commission scheme, luxury fam trips and great staff benefits with long service rewards. A fun and friendly environment, located at our modern offices on Baker Street, London. This is a Monday to Friday role with no shifts. If you live outside London, there may be homeworking opportunities for the right candidate.
