90 TONS OF OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT FROM SINGAPORE TO TURKMENISTAN
Over 90 tons of oil and gas equipment was delivered from Singapore to Turkmenistan onboard a Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ AN-124-100 freighter.
The cargo consisted of several parts including a single piece weighing some 40 tons. To displace the weight of the load along the aircraft’s cargo hold, Volga-Dnepr used a special loading device. The oil and gas equipment was transported on behalf of the global air charter broker, Pacifi c Airlift. Volga- Dnepr and Pacifi c Airlift have cooperated on such complex projects for the transportation of outsize and heavyweight air cargo for more than 10 years.
