Market Force

By ordering one of the mystery shops, you receive objective feedback on how employees are representing your interest to your most important asset — your customers. The comprehensive narrative evaluation is performed by two “mystery shoppers” and will provide you with valuable information including: Is customer service provided with energy, professionalism and consistency in all parts of your center?

Are standard operating procedures & policy being followed? Is the facility considered clean, well maintained and safe? Is the food and beverage quality of high caliber?

The Internet-based reporting system does not require the end user to be Internet savvy. By entering a password-protected website, you will immediately be able to access the latest results of your center’s mystery shops. You may also receive the report by fax or email if requested. BPAA member centers pay only $31 a shop (plus expenses). Best of all, there is no contract on minimum number of shops. Just one shop will help you service your customer’s needs with more perspective on their experience in your center. For more information call BPAA at 1-800-343-1329.
