The Online Virtual Training Programs provide BPAA member centers with free staff orientation and training. Through these online presentations, proprietors and managers can e ect ively train entry-level staff in areas including: Customer Service, Cleaning Procedures, Safety, Food Service, The Dynamics of the Bowling Industry and much more. Welcome to Bowling will accomplish this in four lessons: The Evolution of Bowling, Dynamics of a Bowling Center, Bowling’s Customers and The Bowling Industry.

BPAA’s online courses to deal exclusively with management issues. This course teaches managers how to create a sense of “ownership” within their employee base. In


skills necessary to create a productive work environment that will foster employee retention. This course focuses on an employee’s first 30 days within a bowling center—a time period that often frames the attitude and commitment from a new employee. The lessons include: Hiring and Ownership, Employee Orientation and Ownership, Training and Ownership, and Management Style.
