MONTGOMERY CO. DIVISION NEWS

Don't Lose Your Seat! T

he Montgomery County Builders and Developers Division is off to another

great year! Our division has grown due to a solid foundation of educational and informative programming at our luncheons. This year we strove to change our meeting format to encourage more interaction and networking between our members, guests and sponsors, and we are seeing the benefits of that change—our last few luncheons have SOLD OUT!

While we are thrilled to see our attendance grow, we also regret having to turn unregistered members away at the door because of limited capacity. We value all of our members, and we do not like to tell any of you “no.” Please bear with us as we grow. Our division is currently looking at different

meeting venues to accommodate a larger crowd, but in the meantime, please register early to ensure your spot—and delicious food!

Mark your calendars now for the upcoming April and May meetings. On April 27, the MCBDD is proud to host Texas Representative Brandon Creighton to update our membership on the legislation coming out of Austin. Then on May 25 economist Ted Jones, senior vice president-chief economist for Stewart Title Guaranty Company and former chief economist at Texas A&M University’s Real Estate Center, will present on the state of the economy and real estate trends.

We are very excited to present these speakers, and we know these will be popular events. Register! Register! Register!
