BENEFIT HOMES PROJECT "Home for Good"
Towne Lake Te Perfect Backdrop for
Newmark's Benefit Home T
owne Lake, a Caldwell Companies development, is the site for one of two Greater Houston Builders Association
(GHBA) Benefit Homes. Newmark Homes will construct its Woodhaven plan in this northwest community loaded with amenities.
The Benefit Home will be built with donated materials and services by GHBA members. Thousands of dollars worth of upgrades and amenities will enhance this luxurious home, while offering something for even the most demanding homebuyer. The home will be sold at market value and the majority of the proceeds will be presented to three local charities—Texas Children’s Cancer Center, the Alzheimer’s Association and HomeAid Houston. This year, a fourth beneficiary has been included by Newmark Homes, The 100 Club Survivor’s Fund. This well respected charity steps in to assist the families of officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Newmark is donating $30,000 in honor of Deputy JD Norsworthy. Since this fundraiser began 31 years ago, more than $6 million has been raised.
