GENERAL MANAGER - LEISURE
Willows Farm Village is a leading Farm Village attraction in the UK with over 450,000 visitors a year. As we enter our next phase of development, we are looking for a strong, experienced and charismatic General Manager to run the leisure side of the operation.
While delivering commercial success is a key part of the role, you’ll join us in our belief that this is achieved by providing a safe, enjoyable and exciting experience for our customers through the delivery of the highest standards of customer service.
Responsible for a team of up to 80 staff, you will demonstrate keen leadership skills; personally deliver our standards of customer service with the ability to motivate to bring the best out of all staff and performance manage the team.
Your creativity and charisma will be balanced with the ability to develop and implement strict control in staff, fi nancial and system management.
Working as part of the Senior Management Team and reporting into the Chief Executive, this role attracts a competitive salary, bonus scheme and could include accommodation in the local area.

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to develop and deliver our long term vision to create an inspiring Centre that encourages visitors and local people to explore and celebrate the Lake District.
You will be responsible for all aspects of strategic management of Brockhole, coordinating staff and services as well as relationships with operators, partners and tenants.
