The South West Region has a portfolio of long-term sustainable contracts. Working with the Regional Director your responsibilities will include overseeing facilities from Penzance in the south of the region to Exeter in the north. You will manage and monitor the performance of the business using your management skills, leading and applying structured reporting and accounting procedures. You will ensure safety and quality standards are maintained whilst looking to further develop our excellent client relationships.

ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR Salary: c£42,000 Based: Exeter
have a recognised, appropriate qualification in leisure management at degree level or equivalent. You will have ideally held a management position in either the private or public sector leisure industry, and will have a strong commercial approach to business.

Sports Facilities Manager

Senior Consultants
Based at Liniclate Sports Centre, Benbecula, you will be responsible for managing and developing the sports facilities in the Uists and Barra. You will be required to support staff and work in partnership with a range of agencies to develop new opportunities for enhancing the service.
You will have a leisure management qualification and proven experience of working in a supervisory capacity in the sports facilities sector. A current driving licence is essential.
Salary is inclusive of Islands Allowance. Appointment to post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.

We are currently recruiting for two Senior Consultants within our well established Strategic Leisure team based in our Warrington office.
Covering the public and private sectors, our work comprises planning, development, operational management, evaluation and monitoring within the sport and leisure industry with around 70% of the work being in the public sector.
The role involves working alongside our clients to deliver the best solutions for their businesses as well as supporting, delivering and contributing to projects and tenders across the group.
We are looking for candidates with experience in the leisure management industry. You must have excellent people skills and have demonstrable experience of managing projects.
You must have experience in the public sector and previous experience of consultancy work would be ideal.
