Competition Terms: 1. The competition is open from 00.01am on 17th March 2016 to midnight on 13th May 2016 (“Campaign Period”). 2. All agents that sell One&Only room nights during the Campaign Period will be automatically included in the competition. 3. The winner of the prize will be the agent with the highest revenue from One&Only room nights booked with Pure Luxury or Gold Medal during the Campaign Period (“Total Sales”). 4. Agents are under an obligation at all times to give honest, impartial advice to customers. Any agent that we reasonably believe has compromised this obligation may be disqualifi ed. 5. The prize will be awarded at agency level. 6. One winner only will receive the prize of: a. Mortgage/rent contribution of up to £500 per month for 12 months; b. Luxury car hire for 12 months; c. One&Only holiday to Royal Mirage, Dubai for two; d. Shopping allowance of £200 per month for 12 months; and e. Monthly VIP treat. 7. No cash alternative is available and the prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Each prize is not transferable. 8. Between 13th May and 31st May 2016, the fi ve agents with the highest Total Sales will be contacted by telephone, when they will be invited to a gourmet dinner party at Northcote restaurant to be held in June, where the overall winner will be announced. The winning agent’s name will be available on request following the presentation. 9. The winner will also be announced on social media, in Pure Luxury and Gold Medal produced magazines and trade press. 10. The winner must provide an address for delivery of travel and other documents within 30 days’ of being notifi ed of winning. 11.
