This attitude of customer firs quickly gained us an excellent reputation, with word of mouth working hard to spread sales. Bearing in mind at the time we were only selling direct then our growth was quick and reference led.


So about a year ago we started to supply through the trade, once a


trade price could be factored into our numbers. I’m pleased to say that we’ve got many, many pro shops working with us now, and we’re giving them the same careful attention that we’ve always given our owners. When we have any sort of special deal, we offer these through the pro shops too we see that it’s important to maintain a fair selling environment so that we can all benefit. Selling GoKart has proved to be a successful, profitable a easy for all our pros – we’re really happy to be working with the trade and are keen to see it grow together.

problems turn into nightmares when a manufacturer doesn’t offer decent post sales service. When I sell a GoKart I know that my customer is going to get fi st class treatment as long as they own that trolley. GoKart are happy to handle any post-sales support direct; they encourage owners to register their purchase and to contact them for any advice or support. They are in a class apart when it comes to


day delivery either to the shop or direct to my customer, there’s no need for me to keep any stock at all. I just have one display GoKart and a range of accessories. The trade price is the same even if I order single units as I need them. So this suits me perfectly when it comes to avoiding dormant stock and using up shop space. Really, it couldn’t be simpler. They do seem to have got the


product right though – it’s a tough little machine, and a really well thought out design. My customers particularly like the way it folds down – it’s not complicated to assemble but it folds down to a nice neat little block that’s compact in the car boot. We sometimes have it on display in the shop folded, and it surprises people how small it is – it certainly gets attention. With a range of six colours and


two different handle controls there is some choice – we findthe most popular combination is the Automatic handle with a blue/black frame. The Automatic handle is impressive – there’s no speed roller, just a handle that matches your walking pace as you go along. It’s a unique system


and another feature that really gets attention. But I suppose the no-brainer


when it comes to the buying decision is the price. At £269 for the standard GoKart my customers get a well built, British designed and made trolley that will do the job effici tly and easily on the course. I’m confident that they’ve made the right choice and we’ve supplied them the right trolley.”
