Intelligent image processing with VisionSystem+

The new VisionSystem+ from sensor manufacturer wenglor is a flexible vision system which provides solutions for simple shape and position detection in addition to inspection for completeness on complex measuring tasks. The automatic tracking function also allows for object differentiation, bulk goods analysis and optimised orientation correction. The modular system design consisting of Control Unit and Camera is distinguished by the new Teach+ function which allows wenglor to respond to customer requirements extremely quickly. The user records the affected segment of the production process to a data file and transmits it to a service technician via wenglors website. Project settings are optimised by wenglor and sent back to the user. After reading in the parameters, production can be continued at full speed. The entire process is completed without accessing the customers network. The new VisionSystem+ is ideally supplemented with an extensive range of illumination technology to shed ideal light on any application.
