Founded in October 2006 by Saverio Rondelli, formerly at UBS, Citigroup and WestLB; the Milan-based investment banking boutique, Rondelli Advisers Srl, became the exclusive Italian affiliate of the international partnership Compass Advisers, to collaborate on cross- border M&A transactions involving Italian companies taking the brand name of Compass, Rondelli Advisers.
