Medical Negligence Law Firm of the Year USA
Firm Profile
O’Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC was founded on the premise that we would offer our clients quality legal services in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards. We practice in both the State and Federal Courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana. In the ‘large firm’ versus ‘small firm’ debate, we have proven that we are able to combine the best of both worlds for our clients: the individual attention, accessibility, and cost- effectiveness of a small firm with the innovation and recognized proficiency of a large firm. Our dedication, knowledge, and experience enable us to represent our clients with alacrity, whether in court or at the negotiation table.
O’Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC has earned the title of “The Most Prolific Trial Law Firm” in Kentucky since 1998. According to the publication Kentucky Trial Court Review, Year in Review 2012, no other law firm has taken more civil cases to trial during that period of time.
In the recent past, we have successfully represented nationally
bodies, vehicle owners,
individual home and motor local and national
businesses, and numerous insurance companies in need of conflict resolution.
If there is a distinction (as we often hear) between a litigator and a trial lawyer, we are trial
defense of tort claims.
Our firm is primarily notable for our defense of health care providers. We are vigilant in our pursuit of this goal. Upon being recognized in the publication Business First, Partners in Health 2013, two of our partners described this mission succinctly:
“I knew I always wanted to be a trial lawyer and have always admired the personal sacrifices typically made by medical care providers. When those individuals get sued, being the lawyer that defends them is a true privilege.” – Don Brown
