Marcus Peter joined Bonn & Schmitt in 2004 and is a Partner at the firm. He is specialised in corporate law, investment funds law

Marcus Peter assisted clients in important private equity deals in recent years including the sale of KabelBW to a new owner in 2011. He supervised the work on the bondholder restructuring of the SEAT group in 2012. Furthermore, he advises in finance and refinance transactions ranging from EUR 250,000.- to EUR 1 billion amounts.
