Portable CMM Arm Romer Absolute Arm’s upgraded design increases accuracy of the portable CMM up to 23% with point repeatability values from 0.016 mm. Features in- clude SmartLock technology which enables users to lock the arm in any intermediate position to ease inspections in physically limited areas. Absolute encoders recognize arm position, effectively eliminating the need for complex homing pro- cedures. Automatic probe recognition allows operators to change probes within seconds without the need for recalibration. The Romer Absolute Arm is available in seven lengths from 1.5 to 4.5 m. Direct Drive Waterjet Pump

The 30-hp (22-kW) Eco-Jet waterjet direct-drive pump con- sumes 40% less electricity than a 50-hp (37-kW) pump while producing the same output. The 55-ksi (3792-bar) Eco-Jet pump produces up to 1 gpm (3.79 l/min) of ultra-high pres- sure (UHP) water for precision cut- ting, cleaning, and surface preparation applications. The pump runs a 0.015" (0.38-mm) waterjet orifi ce and can power most manufacturers’

waterjet-cutting systems and waterjet tools. In addition to Eco- Jet, waterjet intensifi er pumps from 30 to 280 hp (22–209 kW) and 36 to 90 ksi (2482–6205 bar) are available. Jet Edge Waterjet Systems Ph: 800-538-3343 Web site: www.jetedge.com
