In the Leaving Cert Exam, you may be asked to choose a suitable site for a new development by carefully examining a photograph. All new developments need space but some need more than others. Consider the following when making your decision:
1. Are greenfield or brownfield sites available? Greenfield sites are usually found on the edge of towns. They are larger and cheaper to buy and redevelop. They are usually farmland that has been rezoned for another use.
