Aqua Koi trio for the National Show A
Aqua Koi set to stun with their special guests
qua Koi Aquatics of Poole, Dorset have this week secured a trio of new fixtures for the National Koi Show on June 26
and 27 2010. Aqua Koi will be attending the National for the first time with a very large trade stand, and also with them at the show will be Takazumi Professional Koi Foods. Cass Ter Haar (Managing Director) of
Takazumi, based in Holland will also be attending the show with Aqua Koi, and will be present on the Aqua Koi Stand all weekend. The breaking news for both Aqua Koi and the National Show is a very special guest that will be appearing not only for the first time at the National, but also for the first time publicly in the UK. Aqua Koi owner Rob Smith has managed to arrange his good friend and world acclaimed ‘Koi Doctor’, Dr Rob Heijmans, to come over from Europe and give several seminars at the National regarding koi health and disease issues.
Dr Rob Heijmans has been certified as a doctor for four years, studying for nine years as a student. He currently covers over 400 dealers and over 4,000 individual customers all across Europe. Dr Heijmans specialises in the one fish in a pond problem and how to treat them.

At the show with Aqua Koi Dr Heijmans will bring a series of seminars helping you to learn your fish’s behaviour to help keep your koi healthy and spot any diseases early etc. Dr Rob Heijmans’ knowledge and expertise in
the health and surgery of koi is now world famous and this is very exciting news for the National. Show Chairman Martin Barnett is said to be delighted at the news and extends his greatest thanks to Aqua Koi’s owner Rob Smith for arranging and funding this trip. He said: “This will certainly be one of the highlights of the show.”
Dr Rob Heijmans will also be available on
the Aqua Koi stand between seminars and will be more than happy to speak with hobbyists and advise or answer any issues they may have with koi health etc. For more information contact info@
