The Zoo Project will continue their infamous Saturday
sessions at the Gala Night venue, in the outdoor environs
of the Benimussa Hills. But there’s more, with the Zoo
crew also throwing CHANNEL ZOO parties at the same
venue each Wednesday, showcasing some of the coolest
labels around. CROSSTOWN REBELS, FRANK N’CHIC,
OSLO, TENAX, LEFTROOM, 20/20, MOONHARBOUR and
REJEKTS have all signed up.
Manchester's clubbing sensation ELECTRIC VENDETTA
are dropping anchor on San An's Es Paradis for their first
Ibiza season. Straddling fidget, electro and tech-house,
their guests include Style of Eye, Lee Mortimer, Hijack,
Foamo and Bass Kleph with a resident team of Bart B
More, Bass Weazel, Kelevra and more. With a 'circus
freaks' theme, their 12-week season starts on Thursday
11th June with Lee Mortimer, Bart B More, Bass Weazal
and Satsta.
After boycotting the island last season round, Mr C's
SUPERFREQ parties make a welcome return at the new
BOHO club in San An on Thursdays. Guests will include
Jamie Jones, Clive Henry, Lee Burridge, Rui Da Silva,
Bushwacka!, Craig Richards, Tim Sheridan and Adultnap-
per.
“The venue was the first Ibiza club I ever played back in
1987 so it does have a little place in my heart,” Mr C tells
DJmag. “It’s a 700 – 800-capacity room with no edges.
It’s all rounded and it’s absolutely perfect for Superfreq
— so right for what we are trying to do.”
