But if you’re serious about techno then Thursday
nights mean MONZA at Privilege. Back for their third
season, the Monza boys will be importing talent like
Tobi Neumann, Audion (live), RPR, Matthew Dear, Marc
Houle (live) and Matthias Tanzmann. Monza opens 25th
June with Paco Osuna, Matt John, Monoblock (live) and
Davide Squillace (tbc).
Pacha’s flagship PURE PACHA swings its doors open
on Friday 29th May, with Basement Jaxx and Sander
Kleinenberg. Sander plays just about every week along-
side guests like Faithless, the new poster boy of pop-
trance Calvin Harris and Trentemøller. There’s a French
takeover on 28th August with Justice and Cassius too.
Pete Tong’s ambitious WONDERLAND returns to San
An’s Eden, on Friday 5th June, with Tongy and Groove
Armada. The rest of the season will see M.A.N.D.Y. (12th
June), Dubfire (26th June), Gui Boratto (17th July)
and Luciano (31st July) all pop their proverbial San
An cherries. There’s also return visits for Nic Fanciulli,
Deadmau5, Timo Maas and Eric Prydz. Not so sure
about Lady Gaga on 24th July, mind.
