3D-Printed Ceramics, Medical Applications Lithoz specializes in the development and production of materials and additive manufacturing systems for 3D printing high-performance ceramics and medical applications. Components produced with Lithoz’s LCM (lithography-based ceramic manufacturing) technology have the same material properties as conventionally manufactured components. They include biocompatible materials such as alumina and zirconia, which are suitable for the generation of permanent implants. PEKK Expanded Applications


Kepstan PEKK is a member of the Poly Aryl Ether Ketone (PAEK) family, which has the uncommon make-up of being a copolymer that contains Terephtalic and Isophtalic moieties. The T/I ratio allows the strict control of thermal properties and crystallization kinetics of the resulting polymer. Kepstan PEKK comes in three series, each with a different T/I ratio as designed by Arkema to better fi t applica- tion requirements.
