NCAA RULES Those hoping for a hard shot
clock in men’s lacrosse should not get their hopes up. The NCAA committee took no action on new rules for the 2016-17 cycle. The committee stated that changes made in 2014, including the requirement of a visible clock for 30-second timer-on scenarios and the over-and-back rule, have had their intended eff ect of increasing pace of play.

Foundation in support of the First Stick Program, which bolsters fl edgling youth programs in
need of equipment and education. Last year,
more than 5,600 players from 37 states benefi ted from those resources.
