ALMA MATTERS CLUB CORNER Meet your club leaders L DENVER
ROB POPE • BS ’94 Since graduation, I have realized more and more how influential my time at Loyola was on me as a person. I made some lifelong friends, and the wonderful fac- ulty really taught me how to learn. I look forward to connecting with other Ramblers and sharing in those experiences.
FUN FACT • I was a member of the inaugural LUC Men’s Volleyball Club back in 1989–90. The club did very well, and eventually the University picked it up as an NCAA-sanctioned sport. It was awesome to see the team win the national championship this past season!

oyola’s Rambler Clubs are located nationwide and exist to connect local Ramblers to one another and to the University. Consisting of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and University friends, the local clubs serve as a source for community engage-
ment, alumni support, and University communication. Each Rambler Club is represented by club leaders, who are engaged volunteers representing the University in their local com- munity. Club leaders work with Loyola’s Alumni Relations Office to develop opportunities and plan events.

FUN FACT • I love to play the piano, but I cannot read sheet music. I can only play what I hear.
