Foundry Plant Engineer/Manager

Well established Steel Foundry located in NE Oklahoma is currently seeking Foundry Plant Engineer Manager for its Muskogee, OK location, just 45 min- utes SE of Tulsa, OK. We are a steel foundry job shop, no bake process.

As a part of the Management Team, this individual will be directly responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this division. Direct supervisors and foundry operations and also directly responsible for leading the supervisors, opera- tors and technicians in an effort to maintain and improve foundry processes.

Must have 8-10 years supervisory experience of steel, no bake process, along with excellent oral, written and electronic communication skills. Strong back- ground in melting process a plus. Demonstrate process control and improve- ment success, desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Machining Manager

Established Steel Foundry located in NE Oklahoma is seeking applicants Machine Shop Manager. As part of the management team, individual will be responsible for coordination and evaluation of this division and direct operators and technicians in an effort to maintain and improve processes. Must have a good understand- ing of Programming, Trig, Geometry and Cartesian coordinate system, routing, maintenance on machines tools and measuring instruments. Minimum of 5-10 years experience in supervisory/management position preferred. Desire to learn and grow within the organization

Non Destructive Evaluation (NDE) Level III / Level II

Established Steel Foundry located in NE Oklahoma is seeking applicants Non Destructive Evaluation Level III. Be capable of developing and approving procedures and techniques, interpreting, codes, standards and specifications. Have sufficient practical background in the casting process to establish NDT procedures and make accept/reject decisions based on the review of produc- tion and reference radiographs. Prepare reports and other documents. Ability to read casting drawings. Must be currently certified or able to be certified within 6 months of hire to the requirements of SNT-TC-1A and NAS 410 as Level III in one or more NDT methods. Experience with ASME B&PV Sections III, V, VIII desired. Ability to train Level I and II individuals, and conduct qualifi- cation/certification activities. Desire to learn and grow within the organization

Foundry Engineer

Well established Steel Foundry located in NE Oklahoma is seeking applicants Foundry Engineer position. Must have good analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of general manufacturing processes and basic knowledge of metal casting processes. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline plus 2 or more years experience in steel manufactur- ing environment, Computer Aided Design experience, Solid Works, Esprit and Magmasoft a plus. Demonstrate process improvement and have a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

This position is in Metalcasting Division of the Performance Materials business unit.

The Metalcasting Sales/Technical Service Specialist will be respon- sible for developing and executing sales and business development plans for assigned accounts or regions and developing intimate/ technical sales relationships with key customers as well as internal departments critical to the success of the Metalcasting Products Group (R&D, Operations, etc.)

In addition, this individual will be responsible for:

• Increasing market share by achieving sales and revenue production goals

• Researching, identifying, and delivering profitable business opportunities with new and existing clients through customer relationships, cold calling, client presentations, referral genera- tion, cross-selling, and networking

• Preparing proposals, sales contracts, reports and feedback iden- tifying specific targets and opportunities; providing sales status reports and communicating new product /service opportunities


The successful candidate will have a minimum 5-10 years of experi- ence. An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.

• A team player with excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills. Ability to make effective presentations to clients; ability to influence and positively engage others in a way that facilitates open dialogue, understanding, support and commitment.
