New Branding With the transition from Ladies Auxiliary VFW to VFW Auxiliary, it’s important to note many naming and branding changes, including:
• Our name. Our organization’s offi cial name is now the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States Auxiliary. It may be abbreviated to the VFW Auxiliary.
• Our emblem. Please visit National Headquarters’ Emblem Branding

www.vfwauxiliary.org behind member login to fi nd the correct versions for your Facebook page, press release, newsletter or other Auxiliary-related communications. Do not use the Ladies Auxiliary version. Note: This preauthorization is for Auxiliary-related events or communications. It is NOT granted for individual member use. For example, if an Auxiliary has its own website or Facebook account, they may use the provided versions. An individual may not use the emblem for personal accounts. Authorization is still required for any emblem or tagline that involves a third party.

• A new URL, or website address. You’ll notice that our website can now be found at
www.vfwauxiliary.org.
• New email addresses from the organization. Expecting an email from a National Headquarters staff member? The address
will look a little different, containing the
vfwauxiliary.org suffi x. For example, Jane Doe will now be
jdoe@vfwauxiliary.org. Please add these new addresses to your address book so important emails aren’t lost in your junk folder.
HAVE YOU TRIED...? 2015-2016 Program Book available online
Your 2015-2016 Program Book is available online for downloading and printing. This resource is fi lled with useful information about all of our national programs, their Ambassadors and awards and forms. Not only is this a valuable personal resource, it can also be a great recruiting tool. However, if you only need to reference a few pages, perhaps one program or
form, you can choose to print ONLY those pages rather than the entire document. TIP: To save ink and time, choose black and white when printing this
document. Also, in printing preferences, choose economy printing – you’ll use less ink! PLEASE NOTE – When the Program Book was printed we were still the Ladies
Auxiliary VFW. Even though the Program Book still refers to the Ladies Auxiliary, all of the information contained in the book still applies to this program year.
