Homes due for Cardiff Bay
Award-winning South Wales Construction company, Morganstone, are delighted to begin another prestigious development in Cardiff Bay - with the developers gathering at the site for a sod-cutting ceremony.
The Schooner Way development sees Morganstone work, once again, in partnership with Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA), and architects Austin-Smith:Lord, cementing the successful working relationship they established while working on the nearby Hamadryad Court development, Cardiff Bay. This new development of 85 apartments for sale and 32 affordable homes will front and overlook Bute East Dock, offering 1,2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties, in a mix of social and private housing. Morganstone's Managing Director, Ian Morgan, said: “We are delighted to be working with Cardiff Community Housing Association on the Schooner Way development.

The architect on the Schooner Way development is Austin- Smith:Lord, whose specialisms include high quality, sustainable design for living within both the private and the public sectors.
