All opinions are noted and it is within these Partnership Forums that many of the benefits that the employees currently receive are debated and negotiated.
Examples of the topics regularly discussed include Company performance, factory working conditions, pension amendments, salary and bonuses, Health & Safety issues within the workplace and also S&G’s Sport and Social Club.
These Partnership Forums have had a positive effect on the Company. Employees are free to voice their concern on any issues that may arise in the future but also can use these meeting to praise co-workers and thank them for their recent contributions and quality of work.
