AT THE START OF 2012, S&G PRINT GROUP EMPLOYED OVER 220 PEOPLE. THESE RANGE ALL THE WAY FROM APPRENTICES RIGHT UP TO DIRECTORSHIP LEVEL


We believe it is vitally important for communication lines within our Company to always be open and employees having a platform on which to express their feedback and opinions of others.


As a result in 2005 S&G introduced Partnership Forum meetings. These are bi-monthly meetings, where each department of the Company is represented by a nominated staff member. These nominated representatives express the views of their colleagues freely. Within this forum Company information is provided and feedback is given on many vital areas within the Group. Company performance and developments are detailed and analysed.
