Fright Fest at Six Flags
Magic Mountain In Valencia, California –(about an hour north of Los Angeles – Six Flags Magic Mountain’s 24th season of Fright Fest promises to be its biggest and scariest yet; certainly judging by the look on the these guys' faces. The line-up of new haunted attractions for 2016 includes a scare zone themed after the Warner Bros' film Suicide Squad, and what wre are told is the largest outdoor maze in Six Flags' history, Aftermath 2: Chaos Rising. Running through until October 30, Fright Fest includes a total of seven mazes, seven scare zones and a corpse of roaming zombies around every corner.
SeaWorld Orlando hosts
Halloween Spooktacular These whimsical pumpkin fish are part of the sea- themed arts and crafts featuted at SeaWorld Orlando’s Halloween Spooktacular. The family- friendly event, staged every weekend throughout October, immerses guests in an underwater "fantasea" with trick-or-treating, a garden party, up-close animal encounters and the stars of Sesame Street. Also promised is a Spooktacular Dance Party with Princess Penelope where childrten can participate in line-dancing favourites as clouds of bubbles fill the evening air.
20th HalloWeekends
at Cedar Point The 20th year of HalloWeekends is now delighting and scaring guests at Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio. The event kicked off last month (September 16) with “last rites” and rides given on Mean Streak, the park’s massive wooden rollercoaster, followed by a special ceremony and funeral procession to the Dead Rides Cemetery as the park paid tribute to this now-defunct wooden rattler. To celebrate 20 years of fear, HalloWeekends features several new additions including The Great Pumpkin Parade, Blood Drums live show and five all-new Skeleton Key Rooms, exclusive and intense experiences only for those that have bought a Fright Lane fast pass. Daytime fun includes The Great Pumpkin Fest, but once sun sets, the park
takes on an entirely sinister feel as fog creeps through the intricate structures of its popular coasters and other attractions. As they make their way through the park, intrepid Cedar Fair guests encounter six scare zones and can access a total of six haunted mazes, HalloWeekends continues until October 30.
