COLD STORES Cellar cooler range offers more h hospitality industry. J
The lockdown has changed the way we work in the cooling industry. People have shown how adaptable they can be in a crisis by taking on challenges not normally associated with their skills and products have been put to uses not c onsidered when they were originally designed. A fine example of this is the newly extended J&E Hall Cellar Plus Cooling System range which now includes nine models. The new 7kW and 8kW c ellar coolers with their increased capacity and l onger pipe runs are suitable for multiple cooling u ses which reaches industries beyond pubs, bars and restaurants.
With a temperature range of 4°C to 15°C they have the versatility to offer product cooling in different industries. They are ideal for cold s torage and have made their mark in the food p rocessing industry which has played a key role i n keeping us all fed during the Coronavirus pandemic.

prolong the life of fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, dairy products and other items requiring a temperature-controlled environment.
T hese compact cooling systems are employed i n the pharmaceutical and medical sectors and d uring the crisis this has been expanded to blood s torage and vaccine storage.
With the medical and pharmaceutical sectors requiring a varied temperature range you know that these systems can be called upon to make a d ifference when it matters. J&E Hall Cellar Plus C ooling Systems are also installed extensively in m ortuaries.
The nine models in the range operate at
capacities from 2.87kW to 8kW. The indoor unit was developed specifically for cellar cooling and has six fins per inch brewery specification evaporator coils which makes them easy to clean and maintain.
They are sold as a system with the condensing unit, controller and evaporator from the same manufacturer all included, often not the case with a typical cooling system, and this helps with the installation. J&E Hall Cellar Plus Cooling Systems a re tried and tested, reliable and cost effective.
Add the pipework, charge the system with refrigerant and switch the electricity on. It really is not much more complicated than that for the competent installer.
On the larger capacity systems air straighteners a re fitted as standard for increased air flow. Features also include pipe run capability up to 50m for total flexibility.
Ease of installation keeps costs and time to a minimum for the contractor and low noise means that the condensing units are suitable for residential areas. There are single phase and three p hase condensing unit options.
The in-built electronic controller fitted as standard makes it easier for the engineer in set-up and provides the customer with the accurate temperature control needed when cooling sensitive products.
D epending on capacity, the systems are able to use R410A, R448A or R449. A three-year manufacturer’s warranty gives the installer and the end user total peace of mind.
At a time when we are all having to change the way we work it is reassuring to know that like the r efrigeration industry there’s a lot more to the J&E Hall Cellar Plus Cooling System than meets the eye at first glance.
