Its central support centre provides customer service, sales, and operational and marketing support. Snack-in-the-Box’s franchise package is made up of several different elements. Firstly, equipment consists of 225 self- service vending boxes, 15 slimline vending machines and one combination vending machine. Initial stock is provided for your fi rst batch of customers and Snack-in- the-Box’s experienced sales team will visit the area to establish 100 per cent of the initial client base during a three-week onsite business launch. This provides the franchisee with a customer base and income from day one. You will also receive comprehensive training in the form of a one-week course at its head offi ce. An additional week of
sales support is provided during year one to assist franchisees in fi nding new customers. You will also receive a series of visits from Snack-in-the-Box personnel during the fi rst few months of trading to provide systems, operational and sales support.
A selection of branded materials and stationery will be supplied to enable franchisees to operate and market their business. Plus, your vehicle will be decorated with Snack-in-the-Box’s corporate imagery. Finally, a bespoke customer and sales database allows franchisees to monitor their business. Specialist accounting software is also provided that will assist with vat returns, year-end accounts, and fi nancial planning.
