echnology fascinates me. I find it incredible how the modern day world functions, compared to a decade ago. Today, we have around 1.6 million smartphone apps that let us do pretty much anything, whereas around 10 years ago we were just about seeing colour screens on not-so-smart phones. All
this got me thinking about how the retail arena has changed during that time and what the future holds. The retailers that are embracing the new generation of customers through social media and smart devices are the ones who succeed.
