named best doctor Anas Ismail, MBBS, FMCR, a 2013 SIR International Scholar, has received the 2015 “best doctor” merit award from the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in Nigeria. The SIR international scholarship program identifies future global leaders of IR, and our scholars are showing that we are achieving that goal.
