FISHER & PAYKEL STEPHEN TIPPER


Fisher & Paykel has appointed Stephen Tipper as new business development manager for the UK market. With a focus on the luxury development sector, Tipper’s new role will see him working closely with builders and developers to help connect them with

appliances. He is joining the brand after working for eight-and-a-half years at Terrence Ball Kitchens, where he worked his way up to the position of head of design and director. Tipper said of his appointment: “I’m very excited to be joining the Fisher & Paykel sales team to add to the incredible work they have done driving the brand forward.”

JESSICA RHODES ASKO


Scandinavian appliance brand Asko has recently appointed Jessica Rhodes to be its new product and marketing manager. Looking to sustain its momentum and further develop its brand awareness, Asko says that Rhodes was appointed with the intention of being able to further grow the brand’s sales and presence in the UK. Having previously worked as a buyer for La Redoute, Rhodes has experience with managing a wide portfolio of products. Rhodes said: “I’m very excited to be joining the Asko team and I’m looking forward to managing the product range for the UK, as well as delivering fantastic products that all have unique selling points.”


CARVERS BUILDING SUPPLIES JACK CARVER


Upholding its heritage as a family business, Carvers Building Supplies has announced that it has appointed Jack Carver to its board of directors. Jack is the son of Henry Carver, and his appointment makes him the fifth generation of the Carver family to join the board. His new role will also invovle managing the brand’s Wolverhampton-based bathroom showroom. Henry Carver commented: “We are delighted to welcome Jack on board. It’s an exciting time for the company – we are celebrating 125 years and our plans for the future include continued expansion into new areas and investing in niche markets, while also bringing on the next generation!”


SEAMUS KELLY & MARK WHITE GROHE


Grohe has announced two major changes to its UK and Ireland leadership teams. Seamus Kelly (pictured left) has joined as its new leader for Ireland and will be reporting to Kristine Skauge. Also joining is Mark White, who will now be serving as the leader of the brand’s trade and retail department. Kelly has worked at Grohe for over seven years, and in his prior role as account manager, reportedly generated strong market growth for the company. White’s appointment follows his relocation from New Zealand, where he previously held senior roles for both Fisher & Paykel and Haier NZ. His


role 18 covers sale channels, including retailers, merchants, and buying groups.


LANGSTAFF-ELLIS NICK BELL & ALICIA HILL


Bespoke kitchen and cabinetry company Langstaff- Ellis has announced the appointment of two new employees to its growing team. Nick Bell has joined as partner and director, and will be using his two decades of career experience to help drive Langstaff- Ellis’s growth and innovation. SIX NEW APPOINTMENTS VITRA


Pictured left to right: Tyler Reid has joined VitrA as a new contract sales manager, bringing a wealth of construction experience. Owing to his manufacturing and sales experience, Dan Callaghan has been appointed as contract sales manager for the North and Scotland. Also joining is Mark Washbrook, who is VitrA’s new key account manager for the residential sector. With a background in digital media, Jordan Fox is joining VitrA’s team as digital media executive. Tamara Harris is rejoining the brand, now as its senior finance manager. Finally, Laura Rutter has joined the business as an area sales manager, after holding roles at Ideal Standard and Cosentino.
