The Global Advantage™ in Medical Tubing

Next Level Processing with Alternate Polymer® Technology

Quality, value and precision define Davis-Standard’s medical tubing technology. We support a wide variety of tubing processes, including alternate polymers, microbore, multi-lumen, catheter, radio opaque and endotracheal tubing applications, to name a few!

Our Alternate Polymer® technology is a game changer, saving time and money for extruding products with varying characteristics. Our Alternate Polymer® system enables processors to benefit from a repeatable, easily modifiable inline process. The technology allows for selective resin application and gradual changes in color and part stiffness, and unique controls and hardware allow for customizable transition lengths between colors or resins.

And because the medical industry is always evolving, our fully equipped labs in Pawcatuck, Connecticut, and Suzhou, China, are available to test new resins, make parts for proof-of-concept and conduct downstream R&D prior to your investment.

Contact us to learn more about how Davis-Standard’s medical tubing technology can support your profitability.
