Blend Colours will present its Silicone 50 masterbatch, which can be used to enhance abrasion resistance and to improve the frictional properties of a range of injection moulded and extruded polymers. The master- batch contains 50% active ultra-high molecular weight siloxane and is intended to be used at dosage levels of 1-5%. Typical applications include optical fibre ducts, HDPE bottles and boxes, packaging films and injection moulded parts. ❙
