MAIN CATCH LOBSTER ROLLS NORTHEAST


Prep: 15 minutes // Total: 45 minutes // 4 servings A classic Northeastern recipe with a Sparkling Ice®


INGREDIENTS ⅓ cup mayonnaise


3 tablespoons Sparkling Ice® Half & Half Tea


½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper 12 oz cooked lobster meat, shelled and coarsely chopped ⅓ cup celery stalks & leaves, finely chopped 4 hoagie rolls, split, buttered and toasted


Garnish: Fresh lemon wedges, chopped chives and crushed red pepper DIRECTIONS


In medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sparkling Ice® Half


& Half Tea, salt and pepper. Add lobster meat and celery and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


To assemble, add ½ cup lobster mixture to split side of each hoagie roll. Garnish with fresh squeeze of lemon juice, chopped chives and/or crushed red pepper, if desired.


TIPS This recipe also works great with Sparkling Ice®


Lemon Tea or Crisp Apple.


Cooked and shelled lobster meat can be found in vacuum-sealed packages in the meat section.


Consume lobster mixture within 2-3 days. Classic Lemonade, twist.
