Here’s how to make quick sticky-sweet grilled onions. Throw a small grill skillet on the grill, add quartered onions, a splash of sauce or marinade, a dot of butter and a splash of beer. Bubble until liquid is reduced and onions are cooked. (Make sure you do not use a grill pan with plastic handles)!
