PREP TIME 5 MIN. – COOK TIME 10 MIN. READY IN 15 MIN. – SERVINGS 4 SERVINGS
1 (3.5 oz) milk chocolate bar 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 orange 1 (750 ml) bottle red wine 1 clove
1 tbsp sugar 1 cinnamon stick 3 tbsp maple syrup
STEP 1 Break the chocolate into pieces. Reserve 4 tbsp coconut milk for later. Pour the rest of the coconut milk into a saucepan, then mix with the chocolate and ½ cup water. Bring to a boil. STEP 2 Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 min. If the drink is too sweet, add hot water to taste. Pour the hot chocolate into 4 mugs, then drizzle each with the reserved coconut milk and a pinch of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Tip Want a stronger, grown-up version? Try using extra dark chocolate instead.

Cook 15 min. on low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not bring to a boil, as it will cause the alcohol will evaporate. STEP 3 Remove the clove and the cinnamon, and serve immediately.
