A FITNESS CENTER, a billiards room, a pet spa, a movie theater— talk about living the high life. Living in OneEleven is like living in a hotel (a really nice one that overlooks the Chicago River with accompanying views of Marina City, a.k.a. the beloved “corn cobs”). Starting at roughly $1,900 a month, you can snag a studio apartment in the heart of the city (if you want a couple of bedrooms, you could pay upwards of $7,000).


All of the units are outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows for those sweet city views, plus


lovely wide-plank flooring, while the kitchens feature quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. In the bathroom, you’ll feel like you’re at a clean and brightly lit spa, as it’s complete with natural stone floors.
