COMPANY PROFILE

Speaking about the continued success of the business Cameron said: “The ethos of the company is a very simple one; we try not to let our customers down by providing quality tiles, backed by our extensive knowledge, at competitive prices. We have been different from the very beginning – as one of very few companies importing tiles from France in the 1970s. In the 1980s we were offering Saltillo and terracotta floor tiles years before they were trendy and with specialist kilns we were adding value to plain tiles by firing wonderful floral decorations to match the bestselling shell shaped bathroom suites of the time!

“The 1990s saw us continue to sell decorated tiles, from Grecian ladies to dancing dolphins, but also saw us lead the way with multi-coloured slate and natural stone floors. More recently we are seeing technology come to the fore with the emergence of inkjet digital printing allowing us to offer replicated natural materials on a range of tiles, including porcelain.

“These days we source our tiles from the very best factories in Europe, mainly in Italy, and we are the preferred partners for many, including Casalgrande Padana, Marazzi, Appiani, Ricchetti and Verde 1999.”
