While putting together the magazine, we come across countless products and services that are leading the charge in the battle against work-related injuries, illnesses and fatalities. Given that this past year marked the 40th birthday of the Health and Safety at Work Act, it was only fitting that we took the opportunity to reward the dedication of the industry’s finest.
We have spent the last few months pored over the specs of the standout products and services that have made a splash on our pages this year. We were looking for those companies whose efforts and innovations make a real difference to the safety and wellbeing of the UK workforce – from the familiar faces to the new kids on the block. It was no easy task to whittle down the list of nominees, but we are pleased to announce our finalists in the pages to come.
