Hello and welcome to the 2017 Tomorrow’s FM Awards Guide


The Tomorrow’s FM Awards are now entering their sixth year, with your help, we have picked some of the standout products and services from the industry over the last 12 months.


The Facilities Management sector is the silent saviour; an industry renowned for quietly getting on with the job and making sure that day-to-day business continues to run as smoothly as possible, and as ever, behind every great facilities manager, is a never ending list of products and services that make that possible. From apps to mops, turf to teabags, fire extinguishers to flooring adhesives, FM needs it all, so it’s time to choose your must- have item (...or just your favourite).


We’ve compiled what we think are the 50 top products from the last year for you to decide. Some entrants are relatively new to the market, while others are veterans that stand the test of time; industry essentials.


Last year the top ten included washroom dispensers, heaters, air filters, roofing sealants and footfall monitoring technology, to name a few, so the prize really is anyone’s for the taking! The product or service that will be crowned our overall winner this year will be selected by you – the Tomorrow’s FM readers.


Whilst nominations will open again in autumn for next year’s awards, we’re always happy to hear about new and exciting products, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think we’ve missed a trick in our selection this year.
