Saracen Facilities has a strong track record in improving workplace efficiency with its fast response and tailor-made, cost-effective solutions. Saracen Interiors initially began supplying its facilities management services to existing clients who wanted a service provider who knew their buildings and facilities well.
Although the division offers a 24/7 integrated care package, its basic services allow for any aspect of a company’s needs to be outsourced. It offers assistance with ventilation, heating, air conditioning installation and maintenance, fire safety, office repairs, water and drainage repair and maintenance, security services, cleaning, key holding duties and general maintenance.
Since its inception almost four years ago, Saracen Facilities has built up a strong base of customers and currently enjoys approximately 80% repeat business. Recent clients include Coca-Cola Enterprises, Motofix, Tata Communications, Mitie Engineering, Pizza Hut and Redrow, to name a few.
In the past 12 months, the division’s turnover has increased by 20%, taking into account a surge of activity in the north, and is expected to increase by at least another 25% in the coming year. Like its parent company, Saracen Facilities places great emphasis on building relationships and invests heavily in its supply chain, which it views as an extension of the team.
All members of the team are practised in working closely with facilities managers in order to create the best, most welcoming environment for the building’s end-users.

seTCreTe 2K Pro Setcrete
Setcrete 2K Pro is a high performance, minimum preparation floor levelling compound, specially designed for use directly over old adhesive residues, including bitumen and carpet tile tackifier, without the need for priming or mechanical removal.

With a walk-on time of just 60 minutes, new floorcoverings can be installed over the levelling compound in as little as four hours, making it the perfect solution for projects with tight deadlines. Setcrete 2K Pro can be applied in thicknesses from 2mm - 10mm, and up to 30mm when mixed with aggregate. The product’s excellent self-levelling properties ensure that application requires minimal effort and less work with a trowel, while still achieving a high quality finish.
