Chef ACADeMy CH&Co Group
The Chef Academy is an exciting new training and development initiative created by the independent catering and hospitality group, CH&Co Group, as part of its commitment to education and inspiring the next generation of talented chefs.
The programme is open to aspiring chefs of all ages and backgrounds seeking a dynamic, rewarding catering and hospitality career, as well as CH&Co Group employees wanting to progress their skills.
Working closely with its training partner the Learning Curve Group, CH&Co Group will welcome 50 students into the Chef Academy each year to undertake a 12-month apprenticeship and qualification in Level 2 Professional Cookery or Level 2 Food Production. As well as the core curriculum, the inspirational training programme will include skills workshops with the company’s executive chef team, Saturday Kitchen experiences, visits to places of culinary excellence, and residential training.
CH&Co Group is also collaborating with the hospitality industry charity Springboard, which supports young people into sustainable employment in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry, throughout the Academy recruitment process.
