MANUFACTURERS TAKE TO THE FLOOR AT THE SURFACE &
MATERIALS SHOW Preparations for the Surface & Materials Show, part of UK Construction Week, are heating up, as several new flooring manufacturers have signed up to exhibit at the inaugural event this October.
Taking place at the Birmingham NEC from 6 – 8 October, the show will feature more than 2,000m2
of exhibition space,
showcasing the latest products and innovations from across the sector.
Among the latest exhibitors to sign up is the Reclaimed Flooring Company of Clerkenwell, which will be highlighting its visually appealing ranges of vintage, antique and reclaimed floor coverings that are perfect for both period refurbishments and modern projects alike.

Also taking a stand at the show will be wooden flooring manufacturer and distributor, Maxzara, who will be showcasing a variety of products from its wide range of solid and engineered flooring solutions.

The Fly Forbo competition was established to recognise designers and architects that have specified products from Forbo’s extensive portfolio, to create inspirational, innovative and creative projects. As such, the 2015/2016 competition will be open for entries from 1st July 2015, where projects featuring outstanding use of Forbo’s flooring or surfacing products are encouraged to be submitted.
