Lambourne Carpets & Flooring Ltd have been established for 30 years and have earned an excellent reputation as a Commercial Flooring Contractor with both local and national customers. We are based in Chingford, East London.
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our busy and growing business.
Covering London and surrounding areas of the M25 we need someone who can quickly become part of our friendly team and contribute to our continued growth by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, self –motivated, well organised, pro-active and an able communicator. Duties will include managing high value contracts and you will be responsible from the initial set up to completion and final account, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, whilst focusing on a high level of customer service. You should be from a contracts management background, and preferably hold a

Ideal applicants should have an excellent, proven sales track record working for a market leading manufacturer and selling into trade distribution. A good knowledge and understanding of the UK Flooring and/or Tiling market is also required. The applicant must have an ability to provide site support and build solid, effective, long term relationships with contractors/ Installers. A background in or an understanding of specification selling, would also be beneficial. Ideally we would be looking for a candidate based within the area.
