Training to Last a Lifetime

Graham Care Group has joined forces with Lifetime Training to roll out a new apprenticeships programme. Here we find out more about the new partnership.

The Graham Care Group has partnered with training provider Lifetime Training to roll out a new apprenticeship programme.

The Graham Care Group owns and operates nursing homes and care suites for over 500 residents across Surrey, Kent and Sussex and employs more than 600 care staff to manage them.

Lifetime Training will be working together with the senior management team to deliver the solution, which will blend with the company’s existing key learning and development, with a formal apprenticeship qualification.

Owner of The Graham Care Group, Ernie Graham, said: “Our new apprenticeships programme, delivered by Lifetime, will see us offering staff face-to-face training combined with e-learning and practical assessment. Innovative technology, such as Fuse and the Pulse App, will allow us to

Those enrolled on the course will receive a range of qualifications including Health and Social Care Level 2 and 3, Team Leading Level 2 and Kitchen Services Level 2 and Business and Administration Level 2 and 3.

Alison Simpson, Operations Director at Lifetime Training, explained: “We’re going from strength-to- strength in the care sector with recent wins in domiciliary, health and mental health sectors. The Graham Care Group is an excellent addition to the portfolio and we look forward to working with their team to maintain their high standards and ensure the best possible care for their residents going forwards.”
