LAYBOND CARPET ADHESIVE Bostik
Bostik’s new Laybond Carpet Adhesive is specially formulated to provide extra grab, helping to combat carpet curl on larger projects.
Available in a 5kg or 15kg tub, the water-based, solvent-free acrylic emulsion adhesive ensures a fast and permanent bond, helping installers to deliver a high standard of work on time and within budget.
Providing up to 45m² of coverage per 15kg, the low VOC carpet adhesive can be applied to concrete, cementitious screeds, chipboard, hardboard, plywood and smoothing compounds. It can also be used to bond textile floorcoverings over most underlays.
It’s suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations and can bond rigid and semi-flexible vinyl tiles, as well as selected sheet vinyl.
The new carpet adhesive is part of Bostik’s family of professional flooring products, which are all clearly named and colour coded for ease of use.
